I enjoyed my very first massage at the Center for Healing & Wellness. Mary Arbuckle was awesome & the ambiance in the Center is relaxing & serene as it probably should be! They also offer a Zumba class which looks like such a fun way to tone your body & lose those pounds! (if you've seen the commercial you know you want to try it! LOL) I strongly recommend this locally owned business!
