This restaurant gives you a fresh, quality experience with home-made, comforting food. Compared to other places around town, their prices are not unreasonable at all. The quiet environment is a nice change from the rest of the noisy, cluttered chain restaurants that clutter Normal. All of the employees are extremely courteous--they make it feel as though it's the hometown diner you grew up going to. Their menu has a wide variety of choices. You could go there every day and get something completely new every time. I can't say enough good things about Wild Berries. It's quaint charm has stolen my heart.

1 moon. I would like to moon the place but I'd probably get arrested for unlicensed public beautification. Note that this review is based on one visit to the place. I had one meal there. a Garlic Crusted Chicken sandwich. Some chicken soup, a fruit side and Iced tea. The food was excellent. Needed a little salt on the chicken but otherwise I liked it. The staff is top notch. Here's the problem: I paid $11 for a soup and sandwich not including the $2.50 tip i left. Nothing about that place screams "Hey I want to pay $11 for lunch." Actually there's nothing about the place that screams, "hey I need to go to Wild Berries" for anything. I've paid less for lunch at Biaggi's and felt like I'd eaten at the classiest place in town. I got the same feeling eating at Wild Berries that I did the one time I went to Michaels here in town. "okay i've been there, but now what" Just nothing compelling about the place. Good food, excellent service, just sucks to be there.
