  I am a very picky eater when it comes to things outside of the realm of "ordinary," so I was very cautious about trying Baxter's Caribbean Mako Shark. Boy, am I glad that I did! While I was not a fan of the avocado-based glaze topping, it was spread light enough that I could scrape it off and enjoy the dish. This was my first experience eating shark and I LOVED it! The meat is topped with a dry rub that is spicy enough to give that extra kick, but not be overbearing. I had it served over brown and white rice with a side of green beans. I can not remember the last time that I was this content after a meal out. My only complaint is that Baxter's is a little on the pricey side, if you're going to try to take a typical family of four or five, but if you're going to head there for a date night with your other half, it's definitely a destination worth hitting!
